JP Morgan Chase 270 Park Trading Floors 3-10:

McKissack, in a tri-venture, provided Construction Management At Risk services for trading floors 3-10 of the new 60-story JP Morgan Chase 270 Park global headquarters. The project is seeking the highest level of LEED, Well and Fitwell Certifications.
The tri-venture developed and implemented a Construction Waste Management Plan (CWM) and an Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Management plan, which was created in accordance with the guidance provided in the project specifications. The objectives of the IAQ plan fulfill all LEED Requirements associated with obtaining the IEQ (Indoor Environmental Quality). MTV has also provided budgets for Schematic Design and 60% Design Development, 100% Design Development, 50% Construction Documents and 100% Construction Documents, as well as multiple special studies.
McKissack provided cost estimates for various finish trades, specialties and equipment throughout design development. We solicited, scoped and leveled the same trade bids based on construction documents in preparation of a fixed cost.
