McKissack is a full-service general contractor providing construction services for the overall planning, coordination, and management of projects in all phases—pre-construction budgeting, through construction and closeout. In addition to managing the entire project’s cost and schedule, McKissack is responsible for day-to-day oversight and management of all subcontractors while also facilitating daily communication among all team members and stake holders, including the end user.
