Project Manager, New York, NY
Salary Range: Up to $156,000.00 per year
- Significant experience in effectively managing small contractors on multiple projects while adhering to budget and schedule
- Construction experience with the work of the Transportation Agencies, or a similar public agency
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering, or in architecture, or a satisfactory equivalent (e.g., CMCM or PMP certifications)
- A minimum of five (5) years of satisfactory, full-time experience in Construction Management
- A demonstrated ability in Management, Supervision, Analysis of technical/legal questions and cost analysis
- The ability to manage multiple projects and obtain project technical, cost and schedule objectives
- Familiarity with Scheduling, Cost Estimating and in use of software such as MS Project, MS Office, etc.
- Training and experience in safety and quality assurance

Assistant Superintendent, New York, NY
Salary Range: Up to $116,000.00 per year
- 3-years+ (plus) of experience in managing or monitoring construction projects
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience managing or monitoring at least two (2) projects (valued 1-million and up each)
- Experience in Infrastructure Projects
- The ability to understand and interpret contract documents such as specifications, drawings, and shop drawings

Project Control Engineer, New York, NY
Salary Range: From $70,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field
- 2-5 years of construction project experience (on-site experience preferred)
- Proficiency with construction technology including Primavera P6, Procore, and Microsoft Office Suite of programs. BIM experience is a plus
- Ability to interface professionally with client/tenants to communicate work plans and logistics
- Individual will work closely with the Project Manager and Superintendent and collaborate with all project team members including subcontractors and the design team to prepare routine, reoccurring reports.
- Directly responsible tracking, maintenance, and distribution of all project documents including approved drawings, specifications, project documents, and onsite records
- Experience working with New York City or State public agencies is a plus
- Museum/Cultural experience is a plus

Project Controls Manager, Queens, NY
Salary Range: Up to $175,000.00 per year
The position of Project Controls Manager at The New Terminal One at JFK Airport is responsible for assisting on the budget updates and follow ups, the cost estimation and its comparison with the real costs on the project, and project reporting both internally with other Departments and externally with the Owner.
Responsibilities:
- Assist on the review of cost and schedule metrics
- Assist to update forecasts for cost
- Regular reporting of the monitored activities
- Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
- Assist on the review of take-offs
- Assist on the review of cost estimates
- Review change orders
- Conduct and document job meetings
- Collect information from various departments and create reports
- Assist with planning and monitoring of all aspects of project control and execution
- Assist establishing a planning, forecasting and reporting system for the project.
- Reports to the Project Director
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or similar related field
- 8+ years of experience working within a Project Controls or Risk Management department
- Must have experience working within the Construction, Design, and/or Engineering industry
- Specific aviation experience preferred but not required
- Knowledge of inSite, internal Cost Control Software. Preferred but not required
- Must be able to demonstrate analytical ability, good judgment, and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must also be highly motivated and detail oriented and have the ability to self-manage and work as part of a dynamic team involving multiple departments
