Construction Deputy Program Manager, Brooklyn, New York
Salary Range $208,000 – $249,600 Annual
- Must have bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field with minimum of 15-years of experience in construction projects of various complexity, including at least 7-years in a leadership capacity.
- Must have experience managing construction projects of various complexity in traditional and alternate project delivery methods.
- High rise experience preferable.
- Must have experience working with New York City public agencies.
- Must have solid interpersonal skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution abilities and capacity to build and maintain relationships.
- Must have effective leadership capabilities with demonstrated ability to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Sr. Project Manager, Brooklyn, New York
Salary Range $187,200 – $208,000 Annual
- Must have bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field with minimum of 15-years of experience in construction projects of various complexity, including at least 7-years in a leadership capacity.
- Must have proven track record of successfully leading large-scale high-rise construction projects.
- Must have proven written and verbal communication abilities, proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite of programs.
- Must have solid interpersonal skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution abilities and capacity to build and maintain relationships.

Assistant Superintendent, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Salary $85,000 Annual
- Must have the knowledge to plan and review the construction program with the Project Manager including procedures, plan layout, equipment, and manpower.
- Must work with the Project Manager in the preparation of the project schedule, to keep them properly updated, and to see that the job does everything feasible to meet the required dates.
- Must have the knowledge to set up all project civil requirements for temporary construction services.
- Must examine all drawings and specifications for suspected design deficiencies, impractical details and constructability issues, and to refer any findings to the project engineer who will bring them to the attention of the architect and document these findings directly to the Architect/Engineer.
