McKissack is part of the project management services team for the Redevelopment of the James A. Farley Post Office Building into the New Penn Station.

The project will redevelop the Farley Building for public transportation, retail and commercial uses. The scope of work includes the 250,000 SF train hall, 750,000 SF of commercial development including retail and office space; activation of the Western Third of Penn Station’s platforms; and historic preservation.

As part of the team, McKissack is providing the following services:

Lead Architect: McKissack’s design professional serves on the team as the ESD representative advising on the technical development of the Project. McKissack is responsible for the development of design for alternative options, technical studies, advance and supplemental works. Responsibilities include:
